Watching Messages To Self

As a Grief Recovery and Empowerment Coach, some of the most important work I do with clients is in the area of mastering their psychology. And at the start, most possess very little awareness of the negative messages they are regularly sending themselves. Already detrimental enough in its own right, the presence of severe grief and sorrow in Survivors - only tends to greatly exacerbate this behavior, producing significantly more debilitation and emotional pain.



However, the great news is... This can be changed!


So, now's a good time to commence to consciously notice to just what degree we communicate negativity to ourselves on a daily basis. And now's an excellent time for us to begin taking steps to eradicate these psychologically and emotionally disruptive internal messages. Because it's next to impossible to achieve the kind of positive and meaningful things we truly want to accomplish, whether necessary for grief recovery and healing or not - if the daily messages we're feeding ourselves continue to remain toxic and limiting.


And if you struggle to get there, then know this... Getting help is most definitely a considerably better option than remaining where you are; perhaps indefinitely trapped in days of recurring hopelessness, misery and pain. Don't you think??
